Assembly reduces city bond propositions; keeps school district's in tact

Last night the Anchorage Assembly left two school bond packages in tact for the April 7th municipal ballot, but sliced away at bond requests for city projects. The result is an almost 150 million dollar combined total spread over several bond proposals.
