Talk of Alaska: Energy Development and the World’s Poor

The effects of global warming are hitting some of the world’s poorest people the hardest.  That’s a human rights issue.  But how can it be reconciled with the right of poor countries to use more energy to develop their economies?   Especially in the Arctic.  The rights of developing countries and indigenous peoples will be the subject on the next “Talk of Alaska.”
