Gas Pipeline Could Lose Money, But Parnell Stays the Course

The Parnell administration agrees with legislative consultants who say under certain conditions the state could lose money with a natural gas pipeline from the North Slope to North American markets. But they counsel against changing the tax regime to remove the possibility.
