Alaska businesses and agencies need to know ID information responsibilities

About two years ago, the state legislature passed the Protection of Personal Information law. It’s been in effect for some months now, but the Attorney General’s office wants to make certain that agencies and businesses who collect our personal information know their protection responsibilities.
