Ballot Measure Two: Parental Rights or Government Intrusion?

Should parents be automatically notified if their minor aged daughter seeks an abortion? Or are there too many instances where such a law could cause more harm than good? That’s the question voters will decide when they vote on Ballot Measure Two in next week’s primary election.
