If Anchorage residents don’t fully understand how their police officers perform their day-to-day duties, is it possible that some law enforcement personnel don’t know exactly what some community members perceive about the police? Those possible dual misunderstandings between law enforcement and the community is the subject of an unique public dialogue taking place tonight.
