Public Hearing Continues Split Over Municipal Services Versus Taxes

At last night’s Anchorage Assembly meeting dozens of people responded to Mayor Dan Sullivan’s proposed municipal budgets for 2011. This third and final public hearing produced the same sharp division between those seeking to maintain current services and those wanting minimal property tax increases, if any.
