Larry DeVilbiss is the new Mayor of the Matanuska Susitna Borough, according to unofficial election results. He holds a majority over Joe Sullivan, with 1400 votes yet to be counted. DeVilbiss would fill out the term of Talis Colberg, who has moved on to run the University of Alaska’s local campus.
