Pipeline Remains Shut Down

At last report, the Alyeska Pipeline Service Company had not yet restarted the Trans Alaska Pipeline after putting a bypass in place around a leak at Pump Station One. It was shut down just after midnight Friday night, and they expected to start it up again on Sunday, but some of the work took longer than they expected. The storage tanks are filling up.
