Bill Limiting Driver's License Terms Passes Through House

Representative Bob Lynn’s bill to limit the term of driver’s licenses to the length of a non-citizen’s visa has passed the state House.  There were two who voted in opposition.  Representative Max Gruenberg said it unfairly burdens new immigrants.

The bill now heads to the Senate.
