Martin Buser joined the leaders in this year’s Iditarod. Official standings show him now in first. Buser had reached Nikolai Tuesday morning just ahead of Robert Bundtzen and Hugh Neff.
Also joining the group in Nikolai were Lance Mackey and Ray Redington, Jr.
