Senate Resources Committee Passes Susitna River Hydro Project Bill

The Senate Resources Committee has passed a bill to empower the Alaska Energy Authority to build a hydroelectric project on the Susitna River.  The committee substitute of SB 42  next goes to the Finance committee.
