DADS THESE DAYS

It’s all dads, all hour this week in a special encore broadcast of Kids These Days! just in time for Father’s Day. Host Shana Sheehy is joined by three local fathers – Kurt Bunker, Krestia DeGeorge and Jason Hilde. From staying at home with the kids to enduring long business trips away  – these men say being a dad these days is all about determining what is best for your family and making it work. The three dads discuss what it means to be a good father, how masculinity and fatherhood go hand in hand and how things have changed since they were boys. It’s a great conversation – don’t miss it!

PLUS, KidsTheseDays.org blogger, Chris Paoli aka Daddy Dynamic, reads an essay on why the “stay-at-home dad” label gets under his skin; teen boys on what manhood means to them; and the founder of The Good Men Project, Tom Matlack on why modern masculinity MUST include being a good dad.

Be sure to tune in next week for this all new, 100% Big Daddy episode of Kids These Days!
