The warning went out within days of the terrorist attacks of 9/11. “If we live in fear the terrorists will have won.” How do we balance a legitimate concern for security with the cost of fear? Ten years later, Alaskans will be looking back at the events and developments since 9/11, on the next Talk of Alaska.
