Bethel drug bust nets 7 adults

A Bethel drug bust has netted seven adults in a raid conducted by the Statewide Drug Enforcement Unit and Bethel police. 47 grams of heroin, a half pound of crack cocaine and 64 thousand dollars cash was seized from a private residence in Bethel on Thursday.

According to a dispatch from Alaska State Troopers, charges have been filed against Eric Kinegak, 34, Anthony Washington Sr, 57 and Anthony Washington Jr., 30, and Melissa Beans, 36, all of Bethel. Two California men, Shawayne Jenkins, 34, and Ryan Daniels, 39, were also arrested. . Albert Cleveland, 30, of Quinhagak, was also taken in on parole violation charges.
