Assembly bumps I/M tests and dog ordinance for budget hearing

“Many words, little action” summarizes last night’s Anchorage Assembly session.  The two major items drawing people to the meeting went undiscussed as the first public hearing on next year’s municipal budget dominated the final two hours of the session.
