Sullivan's run off proposal fails as his mayoral campaign begins

Last night, Assembly member Dan Sullivan’s attempt to raise the percentage of votes needed to elect the Anchorage mayor failed.  Today Sullivan is scheduled to formally announce his candidacy for that very position.
