Climate bill advances in Senate; Murkowski and Stevens uncommitted, concerned

The U.S. Senate today voted to move ahead with debate on the bipartisan Lieberman-Warner climate change bill. It’s aimed at reducing and capping human-caused greenhouse gas emissions and regulating them with a credit trading system.
