The Anchorage Cultural Council will hold a rally Wednesday to kick off their campaign to increase public spending for the arts. Their goal this year is to increase funding by $100,000. Join Community Forum as host Nellie Moore and her guests discuss the pros and cons of public arts funding and its significance to Anchorage.
