The Department of Justice Faces Increased Scrutiny After Stevens Indictment Dismissal

The fallout continues from the allegations of prosecutorial misconduct in the trial of former Senator Ted Stevens. Stephen Gillers is a law professor at New York University. Gillers says although there are clearly problems that need addressing at the department of Justice, it is still a solid governmental law firm.
