WEIO Comes to Fairbanks

The World Eskimo-Indian Olympic, which are being held in Fairbanks, began on Wednesday, July 21 and will wrap up on Saturday, July 24.

In the games, Natives from Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and Canada gather to take part in traditional competitions, including the ear pull, which is portrayed in the top photo.
