New Look Freshens Chester Valley Elementary in time for School Year

The newly renovated Chester Valley Elementary School opened Monday with fanfare and cookes, as the cutting of a blue and yellow ribbon signaled a new year for a venerable school, KSKA’s Ellen Lockyer was there.
