A third suspect was arrested yesterday in the killing of Charley Albright. Kenneth Upton is accused of participating in the fatal beating August 25 at his Eagle River home, where the suspects were living. Testimony at a bail hearing yesterday for one of them referred to drugs. The victim and the suspects are all in their early twenties.
