Two Charged With Hate Crime Are Sentenced

The two people who posted a video of themselves harassing a Native man in downtown Anchorage last year have been sentenced on federal charges of violating his civil rights.  Robert Gum, 19, was sentenced to 20 months.  Deanna Scaglione, also known as Deanna Powers, 21,  was sentenced to 16 months.  The two also face state assault charges.
