Hoonah Shooting Suspect's Trial Date Set

A jury trial is set for December for John Marvin, Junior, accused of killing two Hoohah cops.  He was arraigned Monday.   He appeared before Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins in restraints.  Nearly half-a-dozen uniformed and plainclothes Juneau Police officers observed the arraignment.  Relatives of the two slain officers were connected by telephone.
