Former Kenai Hockey Player Charged With Murder

Menomonie, Wisconsin police have charged a former Kenai high school hockey player with felony murder.   Jed McGlasson was arrested for the death of a fellow University of Wisconsin- Stout student.  A third student is charged with being a party to felony murder.

The police say the three had an altercation in a bar early September 18th and that afterward, McGlasson and the other man allegedly assaulted Bradley Simon as he rode a bicycle.  Simon crashed into a concrete wall.  He died of head injuries on Thursday.
