The Army says an Elmendorf-Richardson soldier died of a gunshot would Friday while in a car wash in Anchorage. Not many more details have been released. The man was identified as Staff Sergeant Toby Stinson, 33, of Arizona. Stinson was a mechanic who was last assigned to overseas duty in Afghanistan. He got back from there in February
