Brevig Mission Woman Charged With Manslaughter

State troopers say a Brevig Mission woman charged with manslaughter told them she stabbed her boyfriend to death with a kitchen knife last week because she was tired of him abusing her and her children.  Jessica Olanna, 29, had a blood alcohol level of .1.  The boyfriend, Andrew Tocktoo, 35, had been involved in a quarrel with her before the stabbing.
