Railbelt Cooperatives Coming Together Under New Entity

Now that the Legislature is in session, the railbelt power cooperatives are positioning themselves to take advantage of the Parnell administration’s friendliness toward paying for a large hydroelectric project on the upper Susitna River.  Except for one government-owned utility,  they are co-operating in a new entity.
