Tuesday’s results may have contained some surprises, but one aspect of Anchorage’s April municipal election was all too familiar–namely the low turnout. In his election night interviews, KSKA’s Len Anderson noted official concern over the low participation, as well as some theories concerning yesterday’s turnout and results.
