Anchorage Man Killed in Car Crash

Friday night a young man in Anchorage rolled his car and was killed.  He was driving south at a high rate of speed after hitting a vehicle driven by a man who reported the incident to police. The impact happened in midtown, the rollover in South Anchorage.  Police have not yet identified the driver who rolled his vehicle, an SUV.  The driver of the vehicle he hit, a Honda Civic, was identified as Phongnivath Samountrey, 38.
