One Dies After Sterling Highway Vehicle Crash

There has been yet another fatal crash on the Sterling Highway. Marcie Toth, 56, of Kenai died when her car hit a pickup truck stopped for a turn at a Ninilchik store. The state’s rising toll of traffic fatalities drew a plea from Public Safety Commissioner Joe Masters and Transportation Commissioner Marc Luiken urging Alaskans not to drive fatigued or impaired.
