Sunday Alaska State Troopers arrived at a houseboat near Port Protection, on Prince of Wales Island, to find a drunk man piloting a skiff, towing a second skiff with a dead body in it. Homicide charges are expected to be filed against Ronald O’Neil, 39. Plus evidence tampering and DUI. The victim is identified as Tracy Simpson, 54. Both men are from Port Protection.
