Gov. Parnell Rejects Medicaid Expansion; And Redistricting May Be Finished

Governor Sean Parnell objects to Medicaid expansion. Fairbanks suffers a power outage like no other in recent memory. The Anchorage Assembly passes a budget, but remains wrapped up in the debate over ice rinks and tennis courts. Lawmakers are talking about the possibility of state investment in the gas line.
