What is it like to buy a house during a pandemic? 

The state won’t have official numbers on Alaska’s housing market for some time. They come out a few months after the end of each quarter.

But, Brian Butcher, with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, has been watching the market closely. And, he has some insights into recent activity.
