Marketing Associate
Holly joined Alaska Public Media in October of 2021 as the Marketing Associate. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a transplant to the state of Alaska, originating from Medina, Ohio. With a degree in Strategic Communication from Ohio State and a myriad of experience with marketing work while in undergrad, Holly has been a long-time fan of public media.
Transitioning from fan to staff member has been a joy for her. Joining ranks with the development team, Holly executes ongoing promotional and marketing tasks. These include the organization’s weekly newsletter, social media posting and management, promoting community events, assisting with development initiatives and more.
Above all, Holly is passionate about working towards positive change. Alaska Public Media holds authenticity, excellence, transparency and community connections as top priorities, which align with why Holly is honored to be part of this staff.
