President Announces Second Tribal Nations Summit

The Obama Administration plans to host a second Tribal Nations Summit next month.  It was announced at the National Congress of American Indians annual convention.  It will be on Dec. 16. The President appeared at his last tribal summit but the Fort Hood killings had just happened and that subject had to be included in his speech to the tribes.
